There is metered parking available on the street, or timed parking on residential streets. Please take note of parking limitations.
We’ll hold your spot for 10 minutes past your start time. After that, you may need to rebook depending on availability.

We can walk through engagement ring designs, custom pieces, diamond education, or care plan options. You set the focus.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring one guest with you to the showroom.

Yes. You’ll get an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment, and a text reminder 2 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours before your appointment time. Missed appointments may need to be rebooked manually.
