Return your original GRWN engagement ring and receive a store credit equal to its original purchase price toward a new engagement ring valued at least 50% more than the original.

How it works

Once your original ring is inspected and approved, you will receive credit equal to its original purchase price. No reappraisal or current-market valuation is required. The credit must be applied toward a new GRWN engagement ring priced at least 50% higher than the original.

Eligibility

To qualify, the diamond must:

  • • Have been purchased directly from GRWN
  • • Be a certified lab-grown diamond of 2.0 carats or larger
  • • Be accompanied by proof of purchase and its original certificate
  • • Remain in its original, unaltered condition
  • • Be submitted by the original purchaser

Additional terms

  • × The original setting will not be returned or reused; a new setting must be purchased and may be customized
  • × Taxes, shipping, and additional services are not included in the upgrade credit
  • × Rings purchased through third-party retailers or resale platforms are not eligible
  • × Diamonds that have been damaged, chipped, treated, or altered are not eligible

Process

Step 1
Submit an upgrade request or speak with a GRWN advisor
Step 2
Bring your ring to our showroom or ship it using a fully insured, trackable carrier
Step 3
Your diamond is inspected within five business days
Step 4
Select your new diamond and setting, then complete your purchase
Step 5
Select your new piece and complete the purchase

Notes

Each GRWN engagement ring setting is custom-fabricated for its center diamond. A new setting must be purchased with the upgraded diamond, and the original setting cannot be reused. Upgraded rings are final sale.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs and liability until the ring is received by GRWN. Final eligibility is determined following physical inspection.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on how and when the upgrade credit is redeemed. For assistance, contact our team or book an appointment.
