Lifetime Diamond Upgrade
A long-term approach to ownership.
Select GRWN diamonds are eligible for a lifetime upgrade, allowing you to return your original diamond and apply its value toward a new piece.

How it works
Return your original GRWN diamond and receive a store credit equal to your original diamond purchase price. This credit can be applied toward a new diamond piece valued at least 50% more than the original.

Eligibility
To qualify, the diamond must:
- • Be purchased directly from GRWN
- • Be 2.0 carats or larger
- • Be accompanied by its original certification and proof of purchase
- • Be in original condition, without damage or post-purchase alteration
- • Be submitted by the original purchaser

Process
- Step 1
- Submit an upgrade request or speak with a specialist
- Step 2
- Send or bring in your original diamond (customer is responsible for shipping)
- Step 3
- The diamond is inspected and approved
- Step 4
- A store credit is issued
- Step 5
- Select your new piece and complete the purchase
