Shipping

Complimentary FedEx 2-Day shipping is available on all U.S. orders for in-stock items. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Most pieces are made to order, so production and delivery timelines may vary. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation and estimated delivery window.

Delivery

All shipments are fully insured. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

We ship to residential and business addresses only and do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders can also be routed to a GRWN showroom or a designated FedEx location for pickup.

Once a shipment is signed for at the delivery address, responsibility transfers to the recipient, including cases where a building representative accepts the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, documentation, certifications, and any gifts with purchase.
